The first room I was given had stains on the wall and a hole in the wall next to the bed. I alerted the reception staff and they gave me a different room. The bed wasn't very comfortable either and the room was on the small side. The whole room felt very dated. The staff were very friendly and helpful during my stay. There is a family mart on the entrance of the hotel and a hot springs upstairs which was nice.

The property is very nice for the price. The room is spacious for Japan. There is a large bath area with multiple different tubs with different temperature to relax in and soak your tired muscles after a full day of walking. The hotel is not very near to the station and there was no large-scale shopping mall or department store nearby as well. I found some shredded tissue paper in room toilet. But the bed was clean and comfortable. We do enjoy the free Onsen and massage chair. We also had a dinner on the top floor restaurant. Overall I would say we have a good stay in this hotel.
